European Conference
“Raising employability through workplace-oriented training”
on the 25th of September 2013
in Berlin, Germany
is a joint conference by the Leonardo da Vinci projects
“European Workplace Tutor”and “Inside Out”
who both deal with the subject of raising employability through a focus on better quality of in-company training personnel. Whilst the European Workplace Tutor project is focusing on creating European training profiles for in-company training staff, the Inside Out project focusses specifically on training in-company mentors for training and integrating workers with special needs.
In our one-day conference, we would like to take the opportunity to present our outcomes but especially to discuss issues of professionalisation of VET personnel with a broad group of stakeholders. There will be a lot of opportunity to discuss, raise questions and exchange experiences with other European stakeholders.
The conference will be held in English.
